Whether I’m working with a client, talking to a co-worker or surfing some of the self improvement groups in FB, I often encounter people who think that life is a “problem.”
And…that the problem is completely outside of them and out of their control.
I understand that approach to dealing with problems, but that thinking doesn’t solve the “problem.”
Viewing the problem as an experience, gives it a whole new perspective.
“Experiences” feel lighter, fresher and are more easily moved through unlike “problems.”
The next time you feel like life is a problem to be solved, ask yourself if this is just another experience to be had…and see if something shifts for you.
