How shift happens

You might say, yeah sure, if I shift what I’m thinking, then I’ll see things differently.

True.

But that isn’t how real shifts happen.

You can sit and think all day…and nothing changes.

When you feel your thoughts changing you, then your outer world changes.

Need an example?

You’re thinking about getting healthier. You think about eating right, working out and sleeping well.

And you think…

Then, you think about how much better you will feel and what you can do as a result.

Shift…no longer a thought but a feeling.

You no longer eat the unhealthy stuff, sit at your desk all day, numb yourself with (tv, alcohol, etc.).

Shift…now things are happening to support your thoughts.

Yeah, this stuff really works.
