How to shake the world

If anyone knew how to shake up the world, gently, it was this man… Mahatma-Gandhi, studio, 1931.jpg

Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi (/ˈɡɑːndi, ˈɡændi/;[3] GAHN-dee; 2 October 1869 – 30 January 1948) was an Indian lawyer,[4] anti-colonial nationalist[5] and political ethicist[6] who employed nonviolent resistance to lead the successful campaign for India’s independence from British rule,[7] and to later inspire movements for civil rights and freedom across the world.  – https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mahatma_Gandhi

He knew that the path to independence could be navigated in one way only…

— through peaceful interventions —

He inspired so many to take up the cause of the freedoms we all seek, from a peace-driven perspective.

So sad that his life had to end, in a not so peaceful way.

However, his legacy will continue to underpin any and all movements, around the world.

For that and so much more…gratitude.
