Have you ever noticed how good you feel, when you…
- smiled at stranger and they smile back
- open or hold the door for someone
- pick something up that someone dropped and returned it to them
- read about someone who paid for coffee for the person behind them
- you observe someone being gentle with a child or the elderly
These acts of kindness give you a warm “fuzzy” feeling whether you commit or witness them.

But don’t discount how much “fuzzier” it can feel to simply witness it.
