I don’t know about you, but there are days I just “want” to be miserable…lol
What I mean is, I don’t take on the day in an upbeat, happy manner.
I’m replaying a conversation from yesterday in my head, I’m anticipating a debate later on, etc.
So, I get stuck in “that” place.
Then I check out Facebook and look for the thing that ALWAYS lifts my spirits, if I allow it.

If you’ve ever had a cat, you’ll understand. They can be quite amusing.
I’ve even scrolled past them, not wanting to allow their antics to sneak into my misery. Try as I might…
But I knew what I was doing, right? smile
Don’t guard yourself from even the “minor” joy you’re meant to experience, if only for a minute.
It extends your life and gives you more to be “happy” for.
