Have you ever found yourself at the end of the day and realized you didn’t get lunch or a break?
And you ONLY notice because you stopped to take a breath?
I’m guilty of shallow breathing throughout my day and you know how I know that’s how I’ve been operating?
I take a breath. It feels so good and full-filling.
Functioning that way is also…unhealthy.
It drives up my stress and doesn’t feed my brain the oxygen it needs to give me fresh ideas and energy.
So if the only rest you get is between breaths, try to set timers to give yourself a break, regularly and breathe.
You will find more ease in your day and your life if you do.
