Sounds like a complicated title, right? lol
In my career, I’ve found that when I hear people ask complicated questions, it’s because they WANT the answer to be as complicated.
Why would they want that?
For some, it’s a stalling tactic.
For others, they really don’t understand the question…much less the answer.
With some of my coaching clients, they ask very complicated questions, which when boiled down to their essence, are very simply answered.
When faced with those complex, complicated questions…get down to the real essence of it and see how simple the answer can truly be.
