Strength vs. Perservance

Which would you choose?

To be strong can help you with the heavy lift.

To persevere will give you endurance, lessons, visible results and more.

I exercise at least 4 days a week.

I focus on a blend of cardio and strength in my workouts.

When I began to see definition from the strength training, that was ALL I wanted to do. I was truly seeing results.

Then, I overdid it and had to rest, without exercise for 2 weeks.

I wanted those results back right away and well, I guess you know what happened.

I now focus on a balanced regimen and remain uninjured, so that I can enjoy the workouts longer.

So which would you choose?

Take it from me, choose the option that keeps you in the game, my friend.
