Even when I don’t want to…

During lockdown, I gained some weight.

Having been an active exerciser in my 40’s, I knew I had to get back into the groove to get the weight off and keep it off.

Motivation? Check.

When could/would I exercise, was the next hurdle.

Easy to decide since I was home, had the exercise videos, workout clothes and the motivation.

It wasn’t until I decided my “lunch hour” would become my “workout” time, that it became a habit.

Habit? Check.

It really does make a difference in anything you’re motivated to take on.

When you create a consistent way of doing it, it becomes a part of who you are.
