I need a huge change, I am so bored and depressed. I am sick of it. I don’t know how to start the change. Any advice?

Thank you for the question!
I had to think to myself…
What would I do, if I needed a change because I’m bored?
And…voila!
I would get moving on something that I enjoy doing and boredom be gone!
You see, we often get bored because we’re not in motion. We’re sitting around or lying around, doing nothing that excites us.
So the first thing you want to do is get that body in motion.
Go for a walk.
If the weather isn’t the best, then walk around your house and find things to move around, like:
- move a picture from one wall to the other
- move a knick knack to another room
- make a grocery list
- make a meal planning list
- make a reading list
- make a “one day” or “bucket” list
Bottom line, just bored…you gotta move.
It doesn’t matter what “movement” you make, because any movement can lead to more movement and far less boredom.
