As with most of Albert Camus’ writing, he incites you to challenge him. He received the Nobel Prize for literature, so you know he has some “chops.”
However, I find this quote to be challenging.
- Your thoughts can drive your emotions, no?
- Your emotions will cause you to think, right?
So which IS more honest?
Which do you trust more?
I’m not trying to spiral you down into a chicken or egg discussion, however similar this is.
So, in support of Camus, I’m going to just leave it here and leave it to you to agree or not…
