A unique planetary perspective

Unless you know who Aldous Huxley is and what he believes, this quote will be a bit disarming.

Why?

Because we want to believe that in this vast Universe, we probably have it most “together.”

Well, some of us…smile

Huxley is famous for writing the book, Brave New World.

Here is how it’s described:

Aldous Leonard Huxley (July 26, 1894 – November 22, 1963) was an English-born writer, whose masterpiece novel, Brave New World, depicted a future in which universal happiness is only achieved by thoroughly dehumanizing humanityOral Cancer Foundation

The book allowed him a platform from which to “wake” people up to a world where we’re losing our humanity and therefore any other planetary visitor might see this as a form of hell.

Whether you agree with him or not, you must admit that our world today is giving us a “wake up call” not only to our humanity, but to the opportunity available if we would but…actively listen.
