I’ve had the extraordinary opportunity to experience THREE different careers in my life.
Corporate (private sector), Entrepreneurial (own a business) and Government (public sector).
The have ALL been different journeys and yielded a TON of growth and development.
Yet the last two occurred just before the age of 50…when most people are plotting their second career and potential retirement!
This was fortunate for me because it taught me that it’s NEVER too late to start or try something new.
Even today, I’m embarking on yet the FOURTH career! (stay tuned…smile)
You’ve undoubtedly heard of people getting degrees, advanced degrees and more in their 60, 70 and 80’s.
I don’t think it’s a fluke.
I think they, too, realized it’s never too late.
