Some may say being like a turtle is to tuck your head inside and hope danger passes you by.
Others think of the turtle and hare race, with all the messages alive in that story.
But this is a “new” take on the turtle analogy.
Certainly the turtle “must” be at ease in its own shell for life outside is not a good or safe one.
So to suggest that you be a turtle is not to imply danger outside of yourself, but to be at peace with who you are.
Too often we read about stepping out of our comfort zone to have what you want, however, the first step is to find the comfort inside of us.
