A side benefit of action

Have you ever noticed, that when you are unmotivated to do something, that if you do ANYTHING, you feel a shift in your energy?

I’ve often advised clients that if they don’t want to work on the “big” thing right now, then work on something unrelated…and watch what happens.

It could be to take a walk, wash the dishes, make the bed…something small and unrelated to what you need to do.

Somehow that unrelated thing, gives you the energy and drive to tackle that which you would otherwise avoid.

An “unrelated” action can and certainly will give you the strength to take action when needed.
