Hi Chris,
Question for you…
How can I get out of my head and into my life?
I truly want to enjoy it more…
Signed,
More life please

Ah, more life please… I’m so very pleased you asked!
What has you all up in your head, my friend?
- Is it worrying that you’re missing out on life?
- Is it wondering what kind of life you could have?
- Is it that life just doesn’t feel so enjoyable?
That’s kind of where you want to start.
You see, getting more into your life means, creating a life you want to get into!
What simple action could you take, to make life more enjoyable without getting all up in your head?
Perhaps it could be, reading a good book that an author, all up in their head, wants you to enjoy.
How about taking a walk, in the neighborhood, around the mall, on a hiking trail, heck anyplace that gets you moving and grooving while enjoying the world around you.
Or perhaps it’s having a great meal…that’s filling, nurturing and fulfilling.
I hope you noticed that none of these things requires other people to do or have.
You can do them all on your own.
You don’t have to think about who to invite or who would enjoy these activities. To do so would require you to get up in your head again.
See what I did there?
This is YOUR life to enjoy.
To be honest, I suspect you’re spending time in your head…well, thinking about stuff that keeps you from enjoying your life more. Hell, I’ve done it, which is why the three suggestions I’ve given you come from personal experience.
You don’t have to do what I did. In fact, you should create your own enjoyable life activities that personally give you more.
They should be activities that you really don’t have to think about. You will already know that they are enjoyable to you.
And if you’re not sure what they are, then use some of that “up in your head” time to decide what they are and then go do them.
You get one go ‘round in this thing called life, more life please, make it what YOU would want more of.
~ Let life love you!
