I thought this quote was just poking at me…
I didn’t get it initially.
Of course if we’re going to change, we’re going to grow.
Then I thought about it.
Have you ever worked with someone on a project and you agreed to a “change?”
Change is made, but to their way of thinking. So you try again, since you’re ultimately responsible for the outcome.
They, again, make the change but refuse to see a bigger picture or impact that could be made.
I guess it comes down to, are you committed to “just” change or are you committed to “change and grow” as a result?
It may be a fine line…but on the other side of it is far more opportunity.
