As we leave 2023, this is actually a great point of reflection…
If you only get to spend it once, where do you want the greatest return on investment to come from?
- Family
- Friends
- Work
- Self care (which for some reason always seems to come last!)
Perhaps, consider flipping the list and putting yourself first in 2024, so that you can give more of who you are to the people and things on the list.
