We’ve heard it often…
It’s neither the right or wrong of what happens, it’s our response to it.
And sure…therein lies you power.
But I don’t know about you…taking the “high road” and not allowing something to disturb my peace, takes a REALLY powerful perspective sometimes.
(and perhaps a glass of wine! 😂)
Just know…it gets easier with age, experience and time…
