Hi Chris,
What advice would you give to those who are struggling to find their passion?
Signed,
Where’s my passion?
~~~~~~~~~~
Hey, Where’s my passion!
My first piece of advice would be…s-t-o-p struggling to find it.
Seems a bit flippant, no?
However, I mean it…
When you stop struggling and simply allow it, you’ll know it.
Your passion is simply the thing that “lights you up,” when you do it.
- It may be spending time in conversation with people who get you and who you get.
- It may be “playing” something, with someone, or in some place.
- It may be reading to a child, reading to yourself, reading to a group.
Your passion, plainly speaking, is that thing that when you:
- think about doing it
- wish you were doing it
- are actually doing it
Freaking.Makes.You.Smile!
Just. That. Simple.
So give up the struggle.
Take the time to rest and allow the thoughts that bring that goofy, beautiful smile to your face.
And VOILA your passion has actually (and FINALLY) found YOU!
Whoo hoo!!
