Happy New Year’s Eve! I think it fitting to end the current format of the blog with this Robert Frost quote. So I’m going through… Not sure what there is on the other side, however rest assured, I will continue to share my deep and passionate love of beating self defeat with you, in 2025.
Ever notice how nothing lasts forever? Not a good day, not a bad day… It (life) is always in flow and we find that nothing is permanent. I can tell you on those bad days, I take immense comfort in knowing a good one is heading my way. I hope you do, too.
What a great reminder that as long as we’re facing forward, moving forward and looking forward, the darkness will trail us. And…we get a Vitamin D boost as a bonus! 🙂
